About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in supporting daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. This position provides hands-on leadership to Room Attendants and Housekeeping team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on service excellence and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Cooking and serving food and beverages to guests in restaurants, lounges, or other food service areas.
• Assisting guests with their dining needs, such as ordering food, providing recommendations, and addressing complaints.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas and equipment.
• Maintaining proper inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

What To Bring

• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Previous housekeeping experience; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to support and motivate a diverse team.
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
