Clean and Maintain Guest Room Areas

• Follow company standards for cleaning guest room areas, including bathrooms and bedrooms
• Stock cleaning cart with necessary supplies
• Organize linen closets as assigned

Document Work Accurately and Timely

• Complete assigned paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

Additional Duties

• Handle unexpected tasks such as cleaning spills or fulfilling special guest requests

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team providing exceptional guest experiences

Physical Requirements (For In-Office Role):

• Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer for 6-8 hours per day
• Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday
• Frequent use of fine motor skills, hands, and fingers for typing, using a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Visual acuity for reading from a computer screen and printed materials, including prolonged focus and color differentiation (where applicable)
• Listening and speaking abilities for participating in conversations and meetings, using phone or headset
