Housekeeping Floor Tech

About the role

The Housekeeping Floor Tech supports safe, welcoming care spaces through consistent floor care and hospital sanitation across acute care, IPF, IRF, and surgical areas. You’ll help protect patients, visitors, and staff by delivering reliable floor maintenance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Floor stripping and waxing
• Daily sanitation and disinfection
• Operation of floor-care equipment
• Following infection-control procedures and hospital environmental services standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Three months of health care or commercial housekeeping/Floor Tech experience preferred
• Professional, respectful communication and a customer-focused approach
