Housekeeping Coordinator/Supervisor

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator/Supervisor who embodies a passion for excellence and brings enthusiasm to their work. This role involves shaping the guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the resort and embodying the Golden Rule in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations by coordinating room and public area assignments, monitoring productivity and quality standards, and providing guidance and operational support to housekeeping team members throughout each shift
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, VIP arrivals, show rooms, and priority rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained
• Support Housekeeping Management with administrative and operational responsibilities while fostering effective communication and teamwork across shifts
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, coordinating with appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution and an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain a strong focus on service excellence by accommodating special requests, exercising discretion, and ensuring all guest interactions reflect high hospitality standards

What You’ll Bring

• Legal work authorization in the United States
• Previous experience in Housekeeping is preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

• Hourly Rate: $29.91
