HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT: PART-TIME

About the Role

Maintain and perform all housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and welcoming environment at Graton Resort & Casino, in accordance with the company's standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms, restock supplies, remove dirty linen and trash, and wash glassware.
• Greet guests and respond to their concerns or questions.
• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, windows, elevators, mirrors, pool area, and offices.
• Perform general and deep cleaning tasks such as changing bed linen, scrubbing and sanitizing surfaces, polishing furniture, mopping floors, and vacuuming carpets.
• Move and arrange guest room amenities and furniture.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas.
• Handle soiled linen, amenities, and furniture.
• Dispose of trash, recycling, and biohazard materials.
• Communicate effectively via phone and radio.
• Identify and report potential hazards to management.
• Operate housekeeping tools and equipment, including vacuums, carpet extractors, mops, and steamers.
• Inspect and report issues with equipment such as coffee makers, cribs, and roll-away beds.
• Rotate inventory and distribute supplies.
• Control master keys and uphold the Key Control Policy.
• Comply with all company and department rules, policies, and procedures.
• Know the location of the SDS binder for your area.

Non-Essential Functions

• Operate and maintain laundry machines.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on housekeeping equipment.
• Assist with monthly linen, product, and office inventory.
