Responsibilities

  • Ensure world-class service to all lodging guests.
  • Be knowledgeable of and able to answer questions about The Inn’s guest rooms, Village layout, shops, and attractions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and neatness of all guest quarters by cleaning rooms for guest arrivals.
  • Launder, fold, and change all linens from guest quarters and launder linens for other departments when needed.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance concerns in a timely manner.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including, but not limited to, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, restocking, and refreshing rooms.
  • Take initiative and be willing to fill in other positions (i.e., front desk, on-call) if necessary.
  • Understand and coordinate room status updates between housekeeping room attendants and the front desk team members by communicating all checkouts, arrivals, and special needs and requests.
  • Build relationships with fellow employees and work as a team to ensure efficiency in cleaning rooms.
  • Show Inn rooms, amenities, and enthusiastically describe lodging experience to potential lodging guests when needed.
  • Deep clean and detail clean guest rooms as assigned by Captain.
  • Must be willing to work 0-20 hours and at least two Saturdays a month.
  • Must be willing to be on-call after hours on various weeknights per week and one weekend per month (including Sunday).
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned by Owner, Lodging & Special Events Coach, or Captain.

Requirements

Hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.

Schedule

Part-time, flexible hours, rotating on-call schedule, 24/7 operation, varying workdays and weekends.
