About the role

NPMA is hiring for a professional Housekeeper to preserve and maintain a clean and attractive appearance of our Class A, 315-unit residential apartment community, located in Moore, OK. NPMA is a well established and growing national property management company that has been in business for over 60 years and values integrity and teamwork!

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a cleaner
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Pay

$17.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)
