Position Summary

As a Housekeeping Staff member, you play an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Perform deep cleaning of rooms after resident discharge
• Prepare rooms for new admissions
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Follow all safety protocols, policies, and regulatory guidelines
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to perform job duties

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Every other weekend required
