Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help guests feel at home from the moment they walk through the door. This position is perfect for someone who: Takes pride in their work Enjoys working independently while being part of a team Values cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail Is dependable and customer-focused Thrives in an active, fast-paced environment What You'll Do Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and hotel standards Create a welcoming environment for every guest arrival Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and safety issues Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities Maintain organized housekeeping carts and storage areas Report maintenance needs and room deficiencies promptly Follow hotel safety, key control, and security procedures Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel Work collaboratively with fellow team members to deliver exceptional hospitality What We're Looking For Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for providing Best-in-Class hospitality OTHER DUTIES: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel including weekends.
