About the Role

Responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals through upkeep and cleanliness of rooms, public spaces, and the exterior of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Understand all standards of room/suite cleanliness.
• Consistently clean assigned rooms/suites to the standards of cleanliness for the Brand.
• Maintain shelf organization in the storerooms.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms/suites.
• Sweep and vacuum floors.
• Report maintenance problems or complete work orders.
• Spot clean walls, light fixtures, headboards, picture frames, etc.
• Complete room checklist.
• Vacuum hallways if needed.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner whenever coming into contact (e.g., "hello," "Is there anything I can help you with?").
• Perform any other duties assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be able to reach, kneel, and bend.
• Have the ability to lift, push, and pull.
• Attitude must be conducive to team growth, hospitality, and a serving environment.
