Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Dust, disinfect, and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean windows, mirrors, floors, and other assigned areas
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Properly use approved cleaning products and equipment
- Follow infection prevention and safety procedures
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff
- Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors
Requirements
- Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Compassion and respect for elderly and disabled residents
- Dependable with regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position
