Housekeeping Assistant

About the role

As a Housekeeping Assistant at Miller's, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms and the overall building. Your role includes ensuring patient and visitor safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all State and Federal regulations and company policies regarding safety, infection control, and other applicable standards.
• Respond positively to a variety of requests from your supervisor, patients, their families, and staff.
• Interact with each person positively.
• Follow instructions and cleaning schedules.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cleanliness standards.
• Skills and abilities to perform a variety of housekeeping duties.
• Willingness to learn and follow required applicable regulations and policies.
• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Professional and appropriate in appearance, conversation, and behavior.

Requirements

• Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening.
• Able to pass a physical examination given in behalf of gainful employment within the facility.
• Satisfactorily pass through required orientation and training.
• Be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions.

Benefits

• Part Time schedule: 8am-4pm, 15-20 hours/week.
• Pay range: $12.75-$13.50/hr.
