Housekeeping and Laundry Aide

Brownsburg Health Care Center is seeking a Laundry Aide to join a team that values hard work and dedication. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents through laundry services.

Shifts Available

• Full-Time Day Shift
• Part-Time Evening Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and residents' clothing
• Ensure proper labeling and return of residents' personal laundry
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
• Adhere to infection control and facility safety procedures
• Assist housekeeping as needed
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lift laundry bags and stand/walk for extended periods
