Housekeeping and Hospitality Assistant

We are seeking a Housekeeping & Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Marine Hall, Fleetwood, within the Directorate of Transformation & Change.

About the role

This role involves assisting with housekeeping, serving refreshments, working behind the bars, and setting up for events. The successful candidate will maintain a clean, safe, and healthy working environment while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Preparing rooms for events and activities
• Ensuring safe use and storage of equipment
• Keeping public areas tidy and presentable
• Handling cash securely and accurately
• Maintaining licensing laws and regulations

Requirements

• Experience in general cleaning, bar, or catering work
• Experience handling cash
• Knowledge of cleaning appliances and equipment
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Reliability and flexibility in work hours
• Physical capability for light manual work
