Housekeeping Aide ( Long Term Care)

About the role

Caressant Care is looking for a passionate Housekeeping Aide to join our team of care providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals
• Support residents with personal care needs as directed

Requirements

• Basic understanding of equipment and chemicals used in cleaning
• Ability to work independently
• Willing and able to accept verbal and written direction
• Able to cope with the physical demands of the job
• Some previous experience in institutional or commercial cleaning is considered an asset

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (preferred)

Pay

The starting rate of pay is $22.13 per hour.

Schedule
