Housekeeping Aide

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and common areas by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Remove trash from resident rooms and common areas.
• Restock housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Wash, dry, fold, sort, and label resident linens and laundry.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the facility.
• Interact with residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important.
• A dependable, organized, and committed approach to providing excellent service is required.
