Housekeeping Aide

About the role

The Housekeeping Aide at Beech Grove Meadows is responsible for providing cleaning and laundry services to ensure a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for residents, staff, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning services including rooms, common areas, and facilities.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Perform laundry tasks according to established procedures.
• Assist with resident care as needed.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.

• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Stamina, strength, and endurance to perform cleaning services.
