Housekeepers play a big role in our company’s mission by creating and maintaining exceptional curb appeal and communities we’d be proud to have our family and friends reside at. Our detail-oriented housekeepers drive first impressions from the moment residents walk through the front door of our apartment complexes to the moment they enter their new home. These team members enjoy playing a major role in our mission and make our communities great places to live.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, community rooms, and other public areas.
• Dust furniture, baseboards, light fixtures, blinds, ceiling fans, and any other objects that may collect dust in hallways, community rooms, and other public areas.
• Clean all components of public restrooms, including floors, sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
• Collect garbage from public trash receptacles.
• Polish hardwood and metal surfaces in all public areas.
• Clean windows in public areas.
• Assist in turning units by conducting a deep clean of apartment units in preparation for new residents, including scrubbing and thoroughly cleaning ceiling fans, baseboards, floors, walls, bathtubs, and toilets.
• Report directly to the property manager and handle any delegated tasks.
• Be alert to emergencies, health and safety concerns, and notify appropriate staff.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with residents, vendors, and other staff members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience.

Physical & Work Environment

This role involves cleaning apartments during the make-ready process, including scrubbing and thoroughly cleaning ceiling fans, baseboards, floors, walls, bathtubs, toilets, as well as public areas of the property.

Schedule

Full Time, 24 hours a week over 3 to 4 days.
