Housekeeper (Sunday to Thursday)

We are seeking experienced, responsible, and thorough Housekeepers to create and maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our residents.

You will maintain resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, offices, and surrounding areas according to housekeeping standards and procedures, always with a friendly, courteous, and positive attitude. Your role involves frequent interactions with residents, their families, guests, and team members, and we expect these encounters to be pleasant and professional.

The loving care, attention to detail, and customer service you bring to housekeeping are fundamental to the quality of life and general wellbeing of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas of the community in accordance with guidelines established by the Director of Housekeeping.
• Maintain resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, offices, and surrounding areas to housekeeping standards.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents, families, guests, and team members.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with a positive and caring attitude.

Requirements

• Pleasant and courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, supervisors, guests, residents, and management.
• Swift yet thorough cleaning practices.
• Experience providing cleaning services in the restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality, or similar industry is a plus.
• Experience working with a senior population is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling demanding customers.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Able to adjust to different personality types and situations in positive ways.
• Reliable, caring, and positive in actions and demeanor.
• Maintains respect for the elderly and remains calm at all times.

Schedule

Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday).
