Housekeeper - Sunday-Thursday Full Time

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and scrubbing according to community standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked housekeeping cart.
• Safely dispose of trash, waste, and contaminated materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Respect residents' privacy by knocking before entering and honoring their personal preferences regarding room arrangement and belongings.
• Respond to resident requests and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use cleaning products and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide an exceptional living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, healthcare, senior living, or office setting is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to safely use cleaning products and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
• Friendly, respectful, and service-oriented attitude.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
