- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the guest rooms.
- Be polite, helpful, and upbeat.
- Have a servant's heart.
- Ensure a tidy and professional appearance at all times.
- Respond to guests' wants and/or questions appropriately.
- Maintain eye contact with guests during interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- One year of cleaning experience (preferred).
