Housekeeper - Sapphire Valley Resort

This role is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of resort property units while upholding the company’s mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning resort property units.
- Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
- Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
- Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
- Report unit maintenance issues, damaged or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
- Report missing inventory and supplies to the Supervisor.
- Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
- Attend all training sessions and apply training in practical settings.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly.
- Maintain a high sense of urgency to turn units on time.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
- Strong decision-making, planning, and scheduling capabilities.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Personal timeliness and promptness with all assignments.
- Passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn and adapt behavior.
- Willingness to work irregular hours.
Work Environment
This role operates in conditions that may include exposure to odors, dust, cleaning chemicals, and laundry chemicals. The position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Pay
Earn up to $20 per hour, with a system designed to reward efficiency and timeliness.
