About the role

Maintains the cleanliness of the property.

Responsibilities

• Responds to requests for cleaning and/or basic maintenance throughout the property.
• Observes and reports on conditions which require attention and/or repair.
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness for public areas of the property.
• Removes trash to appropriate areas.
• Utilizes assigned equipment including, but not limited to: vacuums, trash compactors, and carpet shampoos.
• Maintains inventory of custodial supplies.
• Effectively uses safety equipment and follows all safety and health procedures when using chemicals and other equipment.
• Performs other jobs as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Required to lift up to 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• May need to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Work requires physical exertion, such as climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Work environment may include exposure to prolonged loud noise and close quarters.

Pay

$16.50–$20.00 per hour
