Housekeeper

About the role

The Housekeeper provides excellent service to residents, guests, employees, and contractors, maintaining the cleanliness of vacant apartments, model apartments, leasing office, and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning of apartments, including model units.
• Clean all amenity areas such as lobbies, lounges, offices, restrooms, business center, fitness center, recreation room, corridors, breezeway, and stairways.
• Aid maintenance and management to ensure the appearance of the property.
• Coordinate housekeeping tasks during move-out/move-in processes, assisting contractors and vendors as needed.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent with broad-based housekeeping experience.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Ability to work weekends or overtime as required.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions.
• Professional and energetic demeanor with previous housekeeping or customer service experience.
• Good customer service skills and effective communication.
• Team player and good interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective time management skills and able to accept constructive criticism.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and long hours.

Working Conditions

• Indoor environment with exposure to dust, grease, noise, fumes, noxious odors, and cleaning chemicals.
• Sufficient physical ability to walk, stand, sit, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight.
• Operate assigned equipment and vehicles.
• Verbal communication to exchange information.
• Work long hours and odd schedules (weekends) to fulfill job duties.

Salary

$10 - $13 per hour.
