Housekeeper/Project Worker - Sherwood Oaks

About the role

The Housekeeper/Project Worker is responsible for a variety of cleaning and servicing tasks in all areas and buildings. They are also responsible for setting up and tearing down events hosted by residents and leaders at Sherwood Oaks. Additionally, they clean and maintain the Oak Lodge rooms and suites.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas and buildings
• Setting up and tearing down events hosted by residents and leaders
• Cleaning and maintaining Oak Lodge rooms and suites
• Providing housekeeping and building services to ensure the efficient, clean, comfortable, and safe operation of all departments

Requirements

• One year of relevant experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Good attention to detail and time management
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft and Work Order Software

Pay

$17.00/hour - $18.50/hour; Depending on experience; Up to a $500 Sign on Bonus

Schedule

Hours either 10:30 AM - 7 PM or 3 PM - 11:30 PM, with every other weekend.
