Responsibilities
- Realize general cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of common residential areas
- Follow cleaning schedules and instructions
- Report any maintenance or safety issues
- Ensure quality standards are met at all times
Requirements
- Responsible, reliable, and punctual
- Must have a valid driver’s license and car
- Must present two forms of identification and Social Security card
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
