Housekeeper (Part-Time)

Eden Senior Care, founded in 2016, is a growing Healthcare Management company focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living communities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Alabama. Evansville Manor, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, promotes and encourages the success of each employee while valuing the individual experience of its guests and their families.

Schedule

Part-time: Monday – Friday, 28 hours per week.

Pay

$16.00 – $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and other areas of the facility.
• Safely mixes and uses cleaning solutions and stores them in a secure area.
• Labels and removes infectious waste bags and containers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience preferred but not required; preferably someone with similar experience.
• Ability to read and write at a level appropriate for the role.
• Clear and respectful communication with residents, family members, and team members.
• Understanding of basic infection control and safety practices.
• Patient, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform tasks that require prolonged standing.
