HOUSEKEEPER (PART TIME)

About the role

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner. Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors
• Vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies; shampoos carpets, rugs and upholstery
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings; cleans metal fixtures and fittings
• Empties and cleans trash containers; disposes of trash in a sanitary manner
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, showers and wipes down glass surfaces
• Makes up beds and changes linens as required; realigns furniture and amenities
• Responds to guest queries and requests; responds to spills and broken items
• Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers and associates
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred

Schedule

• Part time schedule
• 5:00 pm – 1:30 am, days may vary

Pay

• $16.50 per hour to $19.00 per hour
