Housekeeper; Monday - Friday

Description SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 3pm PAYS $20.00 - $21.20 per hour, DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set) LOCATIONS: Within the following Boston MA work sites: Food Service Building; 414 Harrison Ave.; 434 Harrison Ave.; 444 Harrison Ave.; 363 Albany St. Summary Of Position The Housekeeper will perform daily, weekly, and monthly laundering and cleaning responsibilities as determined by the Supervisor. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Training REQUIRED: High school Diploma or GEDAbility to read and understand printed labels, signage, and instructionsThe ability to understand and speak English Knowledge/Experience REQUIRED: Minimum of six (6) months of institutional or commercial industry cleaning Preferred Knowledge of industry standards as applied to Sanitation and General Procedures Required PHYSICAL ABILITIES/SKILLS: Ability to perform frequent bending, standing, stooping, stretching and walkingAbility to turn over twenty-five (25) pound mattress for cleaningAbility to lift up to fifty (50) poundsAbility to perform frequent and repetitive motions to perform all types of cleaning functions
