Housekeeper & Laundry Attendant

About the role

The Campus expansion in Lakeville includes a dedicated employee level designed with the team in mind. This level features state-of-the-art facilities such as locker rooms modeled after high-end fitness centers, a staff breakroom with recreational amenities, and a large kitchen area.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning residents' rooms daily, changing linens, and doing their laundry.
• Communicating with managers and fellow team members.
• Using commercial cleaning equipment including floor machines.
• Identifying changes in residents' ability to care for themselves.
• Linens and towel folding and stocking of resident rooms.
• Washing, drying, folding, and returning resident laundry to their apartments.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent education.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in cleaning in other assisted living or hotels (a plus).
• Self-starter after training.
• Willingness to communicate with managers.
• Cleaning of biological waste.
• Use of commercial cleaning equipment including floor machines.
• Team player.
• Experience with commercial laundry equipment.
• Personal pride in a job well done.

Other Requirements

• Must complete a criminal background check from the Department of Human Services.
• Must be screened for TB.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Pay

$18.00 per hour!
