Housekeeper - Infusion

Full-time, on-site position in Gold Beach, OR.

Schedule

• Night Shift, Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM PST

Pay

• Compensation range: $21.43 – $32.42 per hour, based on experience (entry-level through 15+ years)
• Additional differentials:
  • Licensed positions:
    • NOC Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM): +$3.50/hour
    • Weekend Shift (12:00 AM Saturday – 11:59 PM Sunday): +$3.00/hour
  • Non-licensed positions:
    • NOC Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM): +$3.00/hour
    • Weekend Shift (12:00 AM Saturday – 11:59 PM Sunday): +$2.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, laundry, and stairways in a clean, neat, and sanitary manner
• Utilizes appropriate chemicals, supplies, and cleaning techniques according to procedure and manufacturer’s recommendations
• Replenishes supplies; notifies supervisor when supplies need to be ordered
• Observes safety precautions at all times; uses safety signs, “WET FLOOR” warnings, and ropes off sections of floor for cleaning where appropriate
• Operates and maintains all equipment correctly and safely
• Maintains set quality standards when performing job duties
• Follows all infection control practices including hand hygiene techniques, standard precautions, and isolation precautions
• Other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of the department and organizational performance in accordance with Curry Health Network’s Mission, Vision, and Shared Values

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent is required
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience or training is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally
• Basic computer knowledge, specifically the ability to check work email using Microsoft Office 365
