Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service‑oriented Room Attendant to join the team at the Graduate by Hilton Cincinnati. Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards.
• Provide clean linen, bedding, and towels in each room.
• Follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surrounding amenities (e.g., mall, restaurants).
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other guest supplies.
• Identify items left behind by guests and report them using the hotel’s lost‑and‑found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multi‑task and exceed guest expectations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude.
• Understanding of cleanliness standards.

The hiring process may include a phone interview, manager interview(s), drug screen, background check, reference checks, and a potential employment assessment.

Pay

Compensation range: $16–$17 per hour. This position is tip‑eligible.
