Deliver an exceptional, guest-ready clean at every Renjoy property in the Buena Vista market. You are the last line of quality before a guest walks through the door — your work directly determines the review they leave and the experience they remember. In a small, remote market, every cleaner carries significant weight. Precision, reliability, and ownership are non-negotiable.
Core Responsibilities
- Complete full departure cleans between guest stays according to the Renjoy departure clean checklist.
- Launder, fold, and stage all linens and towels to presentation standards.
- Restock consumable supplies (toiletries, paper products, coffee) to property par levels.
- Ensure all furniture, decor, and amenities are reset to their designated positions.
- Verify all windows, doors, and locks are secure before departing the property.
- Self-inspect all spaces against the Renjoy quality checklist before marking a clean complete.
- Photograph any damage, maintenance issue, or guest-left item and report immediately via SuiteOp.
- Accept and respond constructively to quality inspections and scoring feedback.
- Flag any property condition (appliance, fixture, lock, safety item) that does not meet standard.
- Receive task assignments and updates through SuiteOp — check the app before each clean.
- Communicate directly with the Head of Homes (BV) for scheduling changes, supply needs, or property issues.
- Report lost-and-found items with photos and property details on the same day of discovery.
- Provide an accurate completion time when a clean is finished so operations can confirm guest readiness.
- Maintain awareness of supply levels at each assigned property and proactively flag shortages.
- Pick up supplies from the designated BV storage location as directed.
- Never substitute unapproved products — use only Renjoy-approved cleaning products and consumables.
Buena Vista Market — What You Need To Know
The BV market operates as a small, tight-knit team in a remote mountain environment. Unlike our Colorado Springs operation, there is no large support staff nearby. That means each cleaner carries more individual accountability — you are expected to be proactive, self-directed, and communicative without daily in-person oversight. Properties include mountain homes and condos in and around Buena Vista — some with hot tubs, outdoor furniture, and seasonal considerations. Weather and road conditions can affect schedules; reliability and advance communication are critical. You will coordinate directly with the Head of Homes for all scheduling, supply, and issue escalation. Task management and completion confirmation occur through SuiteOp — not text or phone.
