Housekeeper

About the role

Aegis of Lodge is looking for a Housekeeper to provide a clean and safe environment for our residents to live in.

Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:

• Clean resident rooms and common areas
• Wash laundry items and provide clean linen and towels
• Communicate effectively
• Practice effective team behavior
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships
• Organization and effective time management
• Build resident and family satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Director

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should be:

• Compassionate and respectful of seniors
• Able to be self-directed and function in a team environment
• Personable, energetic, and a hard worker
• Previous housekeeping and/or experience working with seniors is a plus
• Must be willing to take a 2-step TB test

Pay and Schedule

The schedule for this role is Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00am - 3:00pm, with a salary range of $20.82 - $23.00 per hour.
