Responsibilities
- Cleaning: Clean vacant units to a market-ready status within 24-72 hours as designated by the manager while maintaining company standards.
- Common Space: Maintain the cleanliness of interior and exterior of the property by completing daily tasks in accordance with company standards.
- Supply Room & Equipment: Keep supply rooms fully stocked and in a clean and orderly state, ensuring the cleanliness of vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment/supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that the property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction and be available on a 24-hour emergency basis.
- Other Duties: Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1 year of customer service experience.
- Physical & Cognitive: Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.
Physical & Cognitive Requirements
- If the position involves or may involve driving for company business:
- Driver must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier.
- Driver must have reliable means of transportation.
- Driver must have the ability to be insurable at standard rates for driving.
- Driver must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business.
