Westgate Historic Williamsburg Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia, offers spacious, period-specific accommodations near Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, and Water Country USA. As part of Westgate Resorts, you'll join a team committed to excellence and creating memorable vacation experiences.

Responsibilities

• Cleans rooms and inspects halls in commercial establishments such as hotels and timeshare and restaurants.
• Demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
• Deliver guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
• Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree GED.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
