Job Description
As a Housekeeper at Westgate Resorts, you will:
- Clean rooms and inspect halls in commercial establishments such as hotels and timeshare and restaurants.
- Demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members.
- Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
- Deliver to guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
- Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
- Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
