The Center at Park West serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care. Schedule

This position is available as either full-time or PRN (as needed). The currently needed schedule is every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Applicants must have flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mop and disinfect floors, beds, restrooms, and bathrooms
• Wipe down walls, phones, and work stations
• Vacuum, remove trash, and dust
• Clean the dining room
• Clean patient's rooms daily (occupied and unoccupied)
• Occasionally wear PPE and clean/disinfect areas contaminated with bodily fluids

Requirements

• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a skilled care facility (preferred)
• Ability to take instruction and follow directions
• Self-starter who can work as part of a team or independently
• Good communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift a minimum of 15 lbs, and crawl
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
