Housekeeper

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure residents’ homes, guest rooms, and common areas are cleaned in accordance with the established Touchmark Gold Standards.
• Notify supervisor or management team if any repairs are needed.
• Keep supervisor informed of all changes in equipment performance and of the need for supplies.
• Maintain a clean environment and a healthy atmosphere for Residents, guests, and team members.

Key Requirements

• Patient, tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff members, and the general public.
• Willingness to perform a variety of repetitive tasks.
• Adherence to the Touchmark Gold Standards of behavior and performance, including Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion.
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to be a first responder in the event of an emergency situation (First responder training and CPR/First Aid certification will be provided).
