Responsibilities
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out.
- Report and return any guest personal lost/found in units.
- Report cases of any property damage in unit immediately to supervisor after guest check out.
- Understand the company’s policy on guest’s possessions and privacy issues.
- Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.
- Clean and maintain guest common areas, lobby area, and lobby bathrooms to standards.
- Thoroughly clean kitchen and dining areas, counter tops, small appliances, etc.
- Run dishwashers or hand wash dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans, etc.
- Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors.
- Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, showers and floor.

- Ability to manage time efficiently.

- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and at times multitask.
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Detail-oriented and thorough and follow up is essential.
- Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests and coworkers.
- Available to work shifts and on weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferable.
