Housekeeper

About the role

At Touchmark at All Saints, this position is primarily responsible for weekend coverage of our community’s common areas and resident spaces, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident homes, shared spaces, and common areas are exceptionally clean, healthy, and pleasant.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and guests.
• Work independently while being part of a supportive team.
• Be comfortable working with pets in a pet-friendly community.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Experience working as a housekeeper in a resort, healthcare, hotel, or retirement community setting (preferred but not required).
• Availability to work weekends and occasional holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties.
