About the role
Maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
- Aid in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
- Respond quickly to resident and guest needs and requests.
- Help respond to resident emergencies.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary, training provided.
- Clear and effective communication in English required.
- Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems.
- Positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and co-workers.
