Responsibilities

  • Cleans restrooms, sinks, and mirrors.
  • Mops and waxes floors.
  • Dusts and polishes furniture.
  • Washes windows, blinds, and walls.
  • Distributes paper towels, bathroom tissue, cups, cleansing agents, etc.
  • Requisitions and distributes supplies.
  • Reports needed repairs of equipment and facility.
  • Works day attendance at assigned worksite(s).

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of the proper care of, and ability to use, cleaning equipment such as mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, power scrubbers, polishers, and buffers.
  • Working knowledge of the variety and uses of cleaning and sanitizing agents.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Absorbs and applies training to assist in training new employees and completing necessary reports and order forms.
  • Effectively communicates, both orally and in writing.

Pay
