Apartment communities run on first impressions. A prospective resident walking into a leasing office or model home decides fast. The housekeeper is the person who makes sure that moment lands right. At Bexley Westshore in Cumming, GA, Weinstein Properties is hiring for exactly that role.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and resetting leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, and other amenity spaces
• Cleaning and prepping vacant apartments and model homes
• Restocking coffee stations
• Doing touch-up work on move-in ready units

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and self-direction
• Physical stamina for a day spent on your feet, walking the property, bending, lifting, and cleaning

Compensation

• Starting pay is $17/hour, with higher starting rates available depending on experience.
