Housekeeper

About the role

Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is looking to hire friendly and detail-oriented Housekeepers to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. You’ll ensure tenants, guests, and vendors have a clean, healthy, and safe environment. Politeness, respect, thoroughness, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types
• Dusting and polishing surfaces, including countertops, upholstered furniture, and light fixtures
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures
• Emptying trash cans and washing/drying windows
• Requesting cleaning supply orders and reporting breakages or needed repairs

Requirements

• Willingness to stand for extended periods
• Experience in similar roles using cleaning products and equipment for floors and carpets
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Pay

$16.25 per hour

Schedule

Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–12:30 AM
