About the role

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in public areas and resident apartments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas.
• Perform all housekeeping duties following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor.
• Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, and vacuums.

Requirements

• One year of related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job training preferred.
• Able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Pay

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday.
