Housekeeper

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Housekeeper to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Clean public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas.
• Perform all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor.
• Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as: mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.

Requirements

• One-year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job-training preferred.
• Able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Pay

$16.00 - $17.50/hour – based on experience

Schedule

Full Time, Tues - Sat, 8 am - 4 pm
