Job Summary

Morning Pointe Communities are dedicated to enhancing the wellness, lifestyle, and enjoyment of senior living through assisted living, personal care, and Alzheimer's services in a secure, hospitable environment.

Responsibilities

• Changing linens and making beds
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
• Dusting and polishing
• Removing waste from common areas
• Knowing and respecting the personal cleaning preferences of residents
• Participating in training opportunities and offering help to other areas and staff
• Building relationships with residents and families
• Performing additional tasks as needed to maintain a quality care environment

Requirements

• Patience, pleasantness, and grace in handling challenging situations
• A genuine sense of kindness and care towards co-workers and residents
• A professional appearance and attitude
• Honesty and ethical behavior as essential to success
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Standing for long periods
• At least 18 years of age
• A high school diploma or equivalent
