Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive manner according to established procedures and supervisor directions
• Ensure the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times
• Perform job duties for residents and team members courteously and professionally
• Prioritize resident safety and satisfaction

Requirements

• One-year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job training preferred
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
• Demonstrated ability to work responsibly as a team member and independently
• Must meet all health requirements and pass a background check
