About the role

Under the ownership of First Atlantic Healthcare, Marshall Health Care follows in First Atlantic's long standing reputation for excellence in Long Term Care. Marshall is Music & Memory certified and is a 5-STAR facility. We are currently looking for candidates who can commit to working every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Taking care of Residents, ensuring a clean, attractive, and safe place for them to live and staff to work.
• Making a positive impression on Residents, their families, and visitors.
• Providing day-to-day services including:
• Flexible Shifts; typically working days or evenings.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cleaning or healthcare experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Able to lift 30 lbs floor to waist; lift 10 lbs waist to shoulder; lift and carry 30 lbs; and push/pull 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of regulations and guidelines governing environmental services functions in the long-term care facility.
